The Centers for Disease Control studies dog attacks, and they find that dogs bite around 4.5 million people every year in America, and close to 40 of those are dog bite fatalities.
And even the bites that don’t end in death can result in emergency room visits, disfigurement, disability, surgeries, and lifelong trauma…
Picture a little boy who cowers in fear and distress whenever he sees a dog. Or a little girl who has permanent marks on her beautiful face. All this suffering just because they were cruelly attacked by a vicious pet. Physical and emotional wounds that last a lifetime…
Don’t they deserve to be compensated for their pain? Don’t they deserve justice?
